Mr. Jensen has served his clients for more than 20 years, working to help them align their people with their business strategies. He has designed and implemented organizational, team and individual interventions to help his clients successfully execute their strategies.

Mr. Jensen has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organizations in Automotive, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Construction, Health Care, Bio-tech, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology industries.

Mr. Jensen has worked globally with organizations to drive organizational, behavior and culture change through strategy clarification, organizational design, assessment, development, talent management, succession planning, and team performance. He works with his clients to help build both individual and organizational effectiveness.

Mr. Jensen has worked for Korn Ferry in New York, Boston, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, and India before returning to the US and continuing his work out of the San Francisco office.

Mr. Jensen holds a bachelor of arts in biology from Middlebury College.

In addition to making a difference with his clients, Mr. Jensen is committed to giving to his community and volunteers with local organizations focused on education, the environment, closing the socio-economic divide and food security.
