Mr. Wang worked with a leading Shanghai state owned enterprise through strategy transformation and key talent assessment and development. On another project, he led a popular restaurant chain in China through organization transformation, talent assessment, and development.
Mr. Wang has abundant experience in strategy clarification and decoding, operating model and organization structure design, job system, strategic talent management and development, performance management.
In past ten plus years, as a project director or manager, Mr. Wang served leading companies in industries like aviation, communication, finance, manufacturing, real estate, consumer products.
Mr. Wang previously worked for McDonald's Greater China as human resource director. While there he took charge of organization development, talent management, performance management and strategic hiring.
Mr. Wang holds a master's of business administration from Fudan-MIT.
