Navraj has led several large-scale transformation projects focusing on developing robust governance design, role clarification, leadership competency framework design, work measurement, talent management, rewards foundations and leadership development.​

He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries which include – Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Telecom, Consumer & Retail, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Real Estate, FMCG and Media & Entertainment​.

Navraj completed a degree in engineering from Pune University and earned an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is trained in using and providing feedback on Korn Ferry’s proprietary tools such as KF4D, Lominger Competency Database, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Leadership Styles & Organization Climate​.
