Nerida offers 25 years’ experience as a Management Consultant and Corporate Business Psychologist providing advice to individuals and organisations.

Her international experience spans a range of sectors including mining and resources; infrastructure; construction; energy; and logistics. She has provided executive and professional search expertise to Boards, C-Suites and management teams in multinational blue chip organisations.

Prior to her two decades in management consulting, Nerida was part of a team who successfully established The National Employment and Psychological Services Centre in Brisbane.

Nerida’s  professional search approach includes integrating processes to ensure rigour, transparency and objectivity. She cultivates and develops relationships with her clients and candidates based on respect and honesty, where she nurtures trust and collaboration. Her goal is to harness opportunities and solve challenges. This is achieved via detailed action plans where her style is energetic and results-oriented. Ongoing and open feedback loops are key.
