Mr. Ng works with a wide range of organizations, delivering business solutions including government transformation, central bank, mergers and acquisitions. He works with companies within private sector industries such as investment, private equity, energy, aviation, oil and gas, property, telecommunications, and conglomerates.

Mr. Ng has a sound background in statistical and quantitative analysis with significant experience in statistical modeling.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ng worked for insurance firm AmAssurance, where his core responsibility was preparing statutory reports and analysis on the company's business trends, products and distributing channels, mortality and morbidity analysis, and financial impact. He also worked to analyzing product profitability and trends to help with product pricing strategy.

Mr. Ng's areas of expertise include organization design, business diagnostics, organization review, incentive design and reward strategy, mergers and acquisitions, government transformation, and executive rewards.

Mr. Ng holds a bachelor of science in actuarial science from London School of Economics, UK.

He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
