Mr. Villaroel joined Korn Ferry in 2017 to support the development of the Latam  operation. In this role, he is responsible for the Professional Search team in Chile and business development for the region.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Mr .Villarroel has developed his career at multinational in Commercial Real Estate and Executive Search companies, leading business development activities and delivery operations in different sectors, such as Real Estate, Construction, Mining, Energy  and Oil & Gas.

His track record of developing key relationships at a senior level coupled with his background in middle & executive search enables him to guarantee delivery on all the mandates that he takes on.

Mr. Villaroel holds a bachelor in Business Administration and Psychology degree from the Andres Bello's University in Chile and an MBA from the Barcelona's Autònoma University in Spain.

He is native in Spanish and  fluent  in English.
