Prior joining Korn Ferry, Niklas worked for two of the leading strategy consulting companies, i.e., Kearney and Booz (later Strategy&, part of the PwC Network) and established his own web-based service offerings leveraging neuronal networks.

As consulting partner, he was responsible for the relation to leading industrial accounts.

For his international engineering, automotive, and aerospace clients, he built end-to-end strategic solutions that aligned their strategy, structure, people and processes achieving transformational outcomes. Niklas consulted clients headquartered in Europe, the US and Middle-East.

As entrepreneur, he provided services that allowed business professionals to develop, e.g., their business strategies online.

Niklas holds a Master in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and he chaired seminars as visiting lecturer at the UAS Konstanz and in master programs at the ZHAW in Zurich and in Winterthur for more than a decade. His publications focus on re-organization and restructuring.

He speaks German and English fluently.
