Her roles in the IT & Telecommunication industry ranges from Business Development, Account Management, Project Management, Business & Technical Advisory, serving both the private and public sectors.

Her last two roles in that industry were as Senior Vice President of IT & Telco responsible to build Enterprise IT from ground up for Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia and build the Telco & IT infrastructure for PR1MA housing developments.

Noorul also served as Chief Executive Officer of PR1MA Communications Sdn. Bhd.; a telecommunication and IT subsidiary of PR1MA which she was the co-founder and also the Managing Director. Later, Noorul served as IT & Telco Consultant

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Noorul started her own business ventures in various markets including e-commerce, F&B, retail & wholesale. Being a sole business owner Noorul established partnerships with local and global partners to venture into both local and international markets.

Noorul has vast experience in Business Planning, Setting Up New Ventures, Establishing Business Policies & Guidelines, Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation and Change Management, Stakeholders Management, Human Capital Development & Management, and Partnership Strategies.

Upon joining Korn Ferry on 1st February as Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader, Noorul is responsible for developing and growing Korn Ferry’s engagements with key Global/Regional clients such as PETRONAS and other GLCs. She is also responsible for Korn Ferry’s engagements with Malaysian Government.
