Ömer supports clients at a global scale in Organizational Strategy, Leadership Assessment and Development.
Ömer has a passion for accelerating talent across organizations. While this passion has fueled his work in leadership assessment and development, it has crystalized in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion transformation when he joined Korn Ferry’s global solution team on inclusive leadership.
His experience spans across a broad range of industries including fintech, semiconductor, consumer, retail, pharma, industrials and technology/media. His consulting experience includes assessing, training, coaching and developing leaders and serving as a trusted advisor with a global and strategic mindset. Ömer is a certified coach and facilitator for Korn Ferry’s leadership assessment and development suite including Leadership Accelerators, KF Potential, Assess and Listen.
Ömer has delivered work in defining talent strategy, culture, values, competencies and success profiles; designing and conducting assessment and developmental programs; and leading engagements that integrate multiple offerings across Korn Ferry’s organization and people solution suite.
Ömer holds a BA degree in business and MA degree in strategic communication management. He served as a faculty member in universities in Turkey and France; and did research and delivery on inclusive team performance at Reed College (USA) and Karlschochshule (Germany). Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ömer worked in technology, education and public sectors and led global teams on community management and organizational development.
