Paul has a proven track record of placing senior professionals in the UK and across Europe within Lifesciences, MedTech and Digital Health companies across a broad range of functions with a focus on leadership.

He has also spent several years exploring the emerging Technology and Digital sector within Life Sciences and has acted as a mentor on several accelerator and incubator programmes in EMEA, working with CEOs and Founders of start-ups on how to attract, retain and grow leadership talent for the future.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Paul started up and successfully led his own UK-based recruitment company focused on MedTech which grew to be recognised as a market leader and launched an initiative around growth & talent acquisition strategies for start-ups in the Digital Health space.

Paul started his career as an Engineer with Ford Motor Company before moving into technical sales and in 2000 started his career in executive recruitment.
