Mr. Figueiredo delivered business solutions projects in a wide range of sectors. The main projects were delivered in the following industries: consumer and commercial banking, utilities and energy, retail, and consumer products.
Before working in Korn Ferry, Mr. Figueiredo worked in the strategic marketing department at Banco Esprito Santo.
Mr. Figueiredo has solid experience in banking sector and in delivering organizational design and performance management projects. He has led projects in different Korn Ferry service lines, from organizational design, rightsizing, strategic performance management and reward strategies.
Mr. Figueiredo has a graduate degree in management from Universidade Catlica Portuguesa and a master business administration from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He also participated in ESSAM - European Summer School for Advanced Management in Ecole Superieure de Commerce Marseille-Provence.
