Rachelle’s range of experience includes large-scale transformations, leadership alignment, onboarding programs, end-to-end employee experience, change management, and culture. Her passion for people management, advisory, and behavioral changes allows her to be a trusted partner to a wide range of clients.  

Rachelle’s recent focus has involved functional strategies, reorganizations, leadership training, cultural transformations, creating transformation offices, and implementing effectiveness and efficiency initiatives.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Rachelle was the Director of Consulting and Americas Change Management Practice Operations Lead for leading advisory firms, where she oversaw client delivery and managed consulting operations. She has focused her career in both large and small consulting firms, allowing her to be nimble and understanding of a variety of environments. 

Rachelle has a Master’s Degree in the Business of Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Willamette University. She is involved in the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and is Prosci® Change Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Genpact-Luma Institute Design Thinking certified.
