Roman's focus in the professional field is finding influential CEOs for domestic and foreign markets and international companies and providing organizational development advice, and transformations.

Roman helps boards improve their leadership and organizational effectiveness. Leveraging his nearly two decades of corporate and consulting experience, he advises clients on leadership development, board and C-suite recruitment corporate governance improvement, organizational transformation, and performance management.

Roman is a co-founder of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy, a nonprofit organization that works in partnership with INSEAD to develop best practices in corporate governance and independent member development for the private and public sectors in Ukraine.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he was a member of the executive board of one of the largest companies in Ukraine, a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense and national security. Working closely with the Supervisory and Management Board, he managed the transformation of the company, shaping strategy and implementing modern operational management practices.

Roman graduated from the National Academy of Management and has a Master's degree in Finance (Diploma with honors).
