Senior Client Partner, North America Workforce Reward & Benefits Leader
Ron Seifert is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry Consulting, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Mr. Seifert works as a senior advisor to clients, with an emphasis on healthcare, higher education and related industries. He works with boards and senior executives, providing them with business and market insight to their most complex people related challenges.
Mr. Seifert has extensive experience in translating organization strategy to structure, role design, job levels and people/pay management practices. He works closely with boards and executive leaders to increase the effectiveness of executive and employee programs, ensuring best practices of governance and measures of return on investment are utilized.
In his 30 years of consulting experience, Mr. Seifert has developed a broad range of experiences in analysis, design, and implementation of all elements of executive and workforce compensation. He currently leads the East Region for Korn Ferry’s North American Workforce Reward Group.
Mr. Seifert spent two years as Office Managing Partner responsible for office integration and regional market presence for Korn Ferry and continues as the office advisory lead.
Mr. Seifert is also a member of the firm’s national strategy execution practice where he leverages his expertise in matching organization strategy with operating structures and cost optimization.
Mr. Seifert holds a bachelor of business administration degree in actuarial science from Temple University. He has authored several executive and broad-based reward articles for WorldatWork, Health Leaders, Trustee Magazine and Korn Ferry publications.
