Senior Client Partner
Seema Brin is a Senior Client Partner based in New York. She works with clients across financial services, with a search practice focused on consumer banks and payments. She will also help clients in the space solve senior HR talent needs.
Seema has 15 years of experience helping some of the world's biggest and most recognizable financial services firms recruit the outstanding talent needed to help them thrive. She brings unique insight and substantive expertise gathered from working as a trusted advisor to senior leaders as they plan, perfect and optimize their teams.
Most recently, Seema served as the head of Executive Recruitment for JP Morgan Chase’s Consumer Bank. Previously, she spent 9 years at American Express leading executive recruitment for the Global Consumer business and functions such as Finance, Risk, and Technology. Prior to American Express, she helped establish a strategic executive recruitment function at UBS, supporting the Global Asset Management business and Corporate Functions.
Seema started her career in search with another leading search firm and is excited to collaborate to bring Korn Ferry's full range of services and expertise to clients in Financial Services.
Seema earned a MS in International Affairs and is fluent in Russian. She lives in New York with her spouse and triplets who are now teenagers.
