With over 25 years of experience as one of Canada’s leading executive advisors, Rudy brings a wealth of expertise in CEO and board succession, assessment, leadership development, and recruitment. Her extensive background spans both the private and public sectors, where she has supported many high profile clients, and brought executive insights to various ownership structures and multi-stakeholder environments. Throughout her career, Rudy has distinguished herself with her tailored approach to clients and candidates and has fostered enduring relationships.

Active in the community, Rudy has supported many organizations, serving as a Board member for SHAD Canada, as a founding Board member of the Accelerator Centre at the University of Waterloo, a committee member for Women Against MS and the MS Research Foundation. Rudy has also dedicated her time and expertise to organizations serving some of our most vulnerable residents including the True Patriot Love Foundation and as an annual participant of Covenant House’s Executive Sleep Out to raise funds in Toronto, Canada.
Rudy earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo and her M.A. and PhD in history from Queen’s University.
