An interactive output dashboard displays the input, which can then be reviewed and finalized.
SPS covers a range of questions such as:
- What are the competencies of the role?
- What are the wider role requirements?
- What is the company culture?
Answers to these questions can be used to inform the changing role requirements within your business to continually adapt and evolve.
Once finalized, the Success Profile is saved to Profile Manager for use in the Digital Suite for role comparison, assessment and other activities.
