Ms. Tomlinson specializes in senior level C-suite appointments across the Middle East and Africa, as well as working with the global practices on specialist technical appointments within Healthcare and Education.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Tomlinson was a Partner for another global executive search firm based in the United Arab Emirates, with responsibility for building their Healthcare, Life Sciences and Education offerings in the region. Ms. Tomlinson spent her formative search career in London working as a researcher for the largest Healthcare search business in the UK, before becoming an Associate for the company's CFO practice and relocating to Dubai.

Ms. Tomlinson's early career was spent working in financial services, underwriting financial institutions for a Fortune 500 US business, and for both an Emerging Markets Investment Manager and an Investment Bank in London.

Ms. Tomlinson earned her bachelor's degree in law with politics from the University of Birmingham, in the United Kingdom, and holds both the UKSIP investment management certificate and a Chartered Institute of Insurers diploma. She has spent 7 years on the Board of Governors of a leading independent school in the UK, as an advisor to the personnel and nominations committees.
