Susan has 18 years consulting experience across a breadth of industries. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in Ireland, she held director roles at two boutique leadership consulting firms in London. She has designed and delivered high impact leadership programmes for organisations such as Accenture, AXA and BUNZL, and coached Senior Leadership Teams and individuals across AstraZeneca (globally), Coca-Cola, AXA and Samworth Brothers amongst others.
She was also a director at People In Business, the leading employer brand consultancy, where her clients included TUI, Imperial Tobacco and BP.
Prior to that Susan had a 10 year brand marketing career at Guinness Plc, Whitbread, Revlon and Coca-Cola.
She has a 1st Class B.Comm International from University College Dublin, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Her Systemic Team Coaching Cert is from the AoEC, she has Level A&B Psychometric Testing Competence from the BPS and is MBTI Certified.
