Chicago, Oct 21, 2021, ­— Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Tamara Rodman has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm’s Organizational Strategy practice, focused on culture, change & communications. She is based in the Chicago office.

Rodman joins Korn Ferry from Edelman, where she spent 15 years in varying leadership roles, most recently as head of the Chicago employee experience practice. Previously, she worked in internal communications at Whirlpool Corporation. She started her career as a reporter at the Herald-Palladium in St. Joseph, Michigan.

Rodman brings expertise in organizational communications, purpose and culture, leadership alignment, internal marketing, employer branding and employee engagement. She is also a certified executive coach specializing in working with communications and marketing professionals.
