Tanya uses a supportive yet challenging approach to partner alongside a leader to help achieve one’s goals. Her curiosity guides her questions, and Tanya encourages her clients to consider alternative approaches and utilize a myriad of strategies to impact change and solidify learnings.

In addition to her experience specific to PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company, she also spent a number of years as a career counselor in the university and outplacement setting, and as an independent contractor working with non-profit organizations.

For over 25 years, Tanya Just has gained extensive experience in talent management systems: assessment, development, succession management, coaching, and high-potential development programs across multiple leadership levels.

Additionally, she manages large scale  engagements and has worked with clients in the consumer goods, health sciences, financial,  retail, manufacturing, and  energy sectors.

She has experience in intellectual property development of Korn Ferry products and has contributed to the development of KF’s FYI for Your Improvement book.

Tanya has obtained her masters in counseling psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelors in psychology from Bethel University. She is currently completing her Professional Coaching Certification through New Ventures West.
