A recent Korn Ferry survey shows that 83% of organizations have accelerated their DE&I efforts over the past two years in response to social unrest and pressure from employees, customers, communities and their own boards. A vigorous DE&I practice is no longer a “nice-to-have” – it’s a “must-have”.
