Senior Principal
With more than 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Muge has developed several projects in the areas of Strategic Management, Management by Objectives, Performance Management Systems, Career Models Design, Reward Policy, Job Description and Evaluation, Design and Delivery of Training Programs, Talent Management and Leadership Development Programs.
With a solid experience in the Aeronautical Sector, prior to joining Korn Ferry he was Training & Development Manager in a Production and MRO company, part of the Embraer Group. He worked also as a Consultant for the Public Sector, during that period he was also an invited Teacher at INA (National Institute for Public Administration - responsible for developing knowledge, innovation and processes of change for the Portuguese public sector).
He joined legacy Hay Group in 2014 and since than he Led several projects in different business sectors such as Industry, FMCG, Energy, Utilities, Construction and Financial Services. Mr. Muge is also a seasoned trainer/instructor.
He is also a guest teacher at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa – Business School - Master in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consultancy.
He holds a degree in Human Resources Management, by Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa - School of Business & Economics (Merit Award - 1st Place) and a Post Graduate degree in Labour and Social Security Law, by Universidade Europeia - Laureate International Universities.
