Tim is a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry China. He has over 20 years of enterprise operation and consulting management working experiences.

Tim has profound coaching、training and consulting experiences in FMCG, real estate, IT, auto, communication, finance, energy industries and integrated stated-owned enterprises.

Tim’s client including Huawei, CRC, PINGAN, Vanke, COFCO, China Poly Group, China Mobile(Guangdong), CNOOC, Danone, TCL, CSOT, SF-Express, China Merchants Bank, Essence Security, Mercedes-Benz, EXCE Group, Yuntianhua, Tencent, OPPO, OnePlus, Takeda, Shenzhen Metro,SUNGROW, ATL etc.

Tim has deep expertise in consulting areas including organizational development, talent positioning and management, talent review, enterprise cultural construction and leadership development. He is skilled in building strong relationships with C-suits, establishing organization and talent developing systems, as well as fostering organizational capabilities, all with the purpose to support and implement the clients’ strategy to its fullest. 

Tim has working experiences in multi-national, state-owned, private-owned and consulting companies. He has both practical and consulting specialties in production management, sales management, human capital management etc. Benefited from that, he has shown his deep understanding of the link between HR and business outcomes.

Tim holds a Master Degree in Human Capital Management and MBA from Sun Yat-sen University
