Mr. Sartori leverages his in-depth knowledge of human systems combined with the ability to engage his coachees to help clients find effective and sustainable ways to become the best versions of themselves in their leadership roles while helping organizations create value for their stakeholders. 

Mr. Sartori has 15 years of consulting experience and he has developed leaders in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has worked with global leading companies in various industries, including consumer and industrial, helping clients achieve goals within different functions. 

He has designed, coordinated, and delivered large international programs with senior leaders across the world. He has also been responsible for global programs on assessments for senior managers and executives in leading multinational companies to guarantee that they could get the right talents and maximize results. 

Mr. Sartori is an experienced executive and senior manager assessor himself, and his consulting practice also includes executive coaching, management team development, as well as change management and culture change programs.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Sartori operated as a management team member for another consulting firm globally delivering services on leadership development. He has also previously been a lecturer, trainer, and clinical supervisor for a post-graduate specialization school recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research, a freelance consultant working in various fields, and a manager in the education sector. 

Mr. Sartori holds a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a 2-year Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a 4-year Specialization in Systemic-Relational Psychotherapy, and a 4-year Specialization in Teaching Systemic-Relational Psychotherapy, all obtained with honours.
