As Client Partner, Wanna’s key accountabilities include management of client and candidate relationships, business development, successful execution of Executive and Board Search mandates as well as ensuring service excellence.
Wanna is a believer in delivering commitments with integrity and professionalism. Her aim is to support clients in their journey to fulfill business and profitability objectives. Simultaneously, Wanna is enthusiastic about partnering with candidates to further their career. With over 20 years of experience working in a multi-national environment, Wanna is accustomed to working in a multi-party partnership environment across Asia Pacific and the US.
Wanna’s track record in human resource consulting spans over 20 years across executive search, recruitment, contingent staffing, HR advisory and career transition. She established and managed US-based and Japanese-based publicly listed firms in Thailand that offered a multitude of talent related services. Wanna was instrumental in developing the businesses, managing profitability and general operations of the companies.
In the initial phase of Wanna’s career, she was Senior Equity Analyst with a major Swiss bank. Her focus was analyzing finance and securities companies for their financial soundness, profitability, and growth potential to provide investment recommendations to institutional investors. Prior to that, Wanna was responsible for sales and management of institutional clients at a leading financial news and data vendor.
Wanna received her elementary education in Thailand. Subsequently, she spent over a decade in both Singapore and Canada to advance her studies. Wanna graduated with a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Calgary, Canada. She speaks Thai, English and Mandarin. Currently, Wanna is a member of the Thai Institute of Directors.
