Ximena has implemented large-scale projects related to leadership development. She also has experience in diagnostic projects of engagement, culture and organizational climate, delivering results based on their understanding the strategic challenges and needs of each client.

Ximena has extensive knowledge in the development of Human Resources Management, which allows her to face the different scenarios that arise with a focus on the local reality, without losing the regional and/or global perspective.

Ximena is a Psychologist graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Before joining Korn Ferry, Ximena worked in the HR area, focusing on talent acquisitions, management and retention processes.

With more than 13 years of professional experience in HR. She has specialized in talent acquisition, talent management and succession; development and internal communications. She has extensive experience in the successful execution of projects that promote business development, through the effectiveness of trained and highly committed employees and work teams.
