Yazdi has fifteen years of experience in retained executive search. Most of his career has been spent supporting management consulting and transaction services firms with partner/ MD-level hiring and building practices. Having worked across most industry sectors, he has distinctive expertise in private equity, working with a broad range of consulting firms to attract and assess leaders/teams for due diligence and value creation engagements.

Yazdi also co-leads the Strategy Center of Expertise in North America, a group that leads Chief Strategy, Transformation Officer, and Operating Partner searches across industries at Korn Ferry. He led recent engagements for global Fortune 500 and leading Private Equity funds.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Yazdi was a Director at another executive search firm in London, UK. He led the professional and technology services practice during this time, executing global leadership mandates, large-scale assignments, and team moves.

Having been engaged by clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, Yazdi brings a global mindset and network to each engagement.

Passionate about DE&I and a member of the BIPOC community at Korn Ferry, Yazdi participates in the Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Yazdi is a Brunel University, London, graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
