He has worked with companies in various sectors including the financial sector, service sector, automotive sector and industrial sector in Belgium, France and in Luxembourg.

In the past he has supported and guided projects around reward diagnosis, reward design policy and responsible reward systems through its various phases and aspects.

In his role, he has been also involved in projects related to talent management, leadership and development and people engagement.

In the area of reward Mr Vanossel helps clients grade their jobs and compare them to the relevant benchmark. He supports and advises companies in this process with a strong knowledge of the trends in the Belgian remuneration market and experience with international reward.

Yoann has also a broad knowledge in the field of Human Resource based on his experience as HR Analyst within the industrial sector and trainings followed throughout his careers around leadership identification, high potential development and psychometric assessments.

Yoann holds a Master degree in international relations from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). In 2012, he obtained a second Master degree in International Business Economics and Management from the Hogeschool Universiteit Brussels (Brussels, Belgium). He specializes himself with a certificate in Management control from the ICHEC (Brussels, Belgium).

He speaks fluently French, Dutch and English.
